Privacy notice
A plain-language summary of how this website currently handles personal information.
What this website collects
This website does not use analytics, tracking pixels or user accounts. If you submit the contact form, the details you enter are transmitted through the website’s email delivery provider to Headland Advisory.
How enquiry details are used
Derek and Dean receive the details you provide and use them to respond to your enquiry and manage any resulting business relationship. Avoid sending confidential, special category or commercially sensitive information in an initial message.
Discovery questionnaire and saved drafts
Questionnaire answers and business contact details are emailed through Resend to Derek and Dean, together with a preparation brief generated from those answers. No external AI service is used to create that brief. Saving a browser draft is optional: it stays on that device for seven days, can be cleared using the form controls and is removed after a confirmed successful submission. Avoid saving drafts on shared devices. The questionnaire is excluded from search indexing; this is not password protection.
Your choices
You may contact Headland to ask about personal information you have provided, request a correction or raise a privacy question.
Playbook requests and optional marketing
When you request the playbook, your work email is used to send a download link through Resend. Derek and Dean also receive a record of your request, its reference and timestamp, and your marketing choice, including the checkbox wording. Marketing is optional and is not required for the download. No mailing list or campaign is started automatically by the form. A request alone is not permission for marketing. If you opt in, you may withdraw at any time by replying to an email or contacting dean@headland.ie. You may also request correction or deletion of your request record. Form entries stay in the current tab until you leave; this form does not save a browser draft. The download link expires after seven days and can be used by anyone it is shared with; it contains no email address.
